An event site team has three main profiles

Build Chiefs are responsible for shelter (accommodation), site constructions, site coziness and site and camp security
Home Chiefs are responsible for food, sanitation, cleanliness and health security.
Provider Chiefs are responsible for supplies, transport, logistics and protective security.

The full event team

In addition to the Build-, Home-, and Provider Chiefs, a full event team has another three profiles

Co-creator Chiefs are responsible for event content and event programs.
Promotion Chiefs are responsible for event presentation, promotion & sales.
Management Chiefs are responsible for organization management, internal knowledge sharing, internal communication, financial control and fundraising.
